Abbie is a 4th generation graduate of Texas A&M University (gig’em Ags!) with a degree in English Rhetoric (technical writing), and has an eMBA from California State University-Sacramento. Prior to becoming a published author in 2012, she spent 15+ years using the other side of her brain in various tech- and business-related roles.

Other achievements, titles, and interests include: Star Wars geek, ex-competitive skydiver, AuDHD, spreadsheet lover, Jeopardy! fanatic, classic movie buff, linguaphile, and chocoholic. All of which sneak into her storytelling in a million different ways.

Abbie currently resides in Austin, Texas, with her own swoon-worthy hero, their constantly entertaining (and sadly almost grown) kids, and an adorable fur baby.
