I had a terrific weekend, this past weekend. I went to the Texas Library Association’s annual conference (TLA23). I was invited by my publisher, Entangled. I got to go to this event last year too, and had such a blast. Librarians are so much fun, and book lovers are just the best.
A few highlights…
I signed 160+ copies of The Liar’s Crown, which was just incredible (I never sign that many in a sitting. Usually it’s closer to 5-20, so yay!).
I got to be on a YA PNR/Fantasy panel with Tracy Wolff and Shakir Rashaan, who are awesome people and authors and friends.
Entangled hosted several librarians for dinner and I got to reconnect with the friends I made last year.
And I rented a VRBO in downtown Austin (right between 5th and 6th street), and enjoyed a little staycation.
I hope to go again next year!
